People who work in the recruitment industry often get a bad press, I’ve heard all the horror stories and bad experiences, so I wanted to do something really different with Focus. I truly believe that you’re only as good as your last placement, which keeps all of us here – well – focused. Recruitment is an ever changing and evolving industry, so we make sure that we keep up-to-date with changes in technology and resources available. With over 50 years’ collective experience in recruitment, and specialists in their respective fields, we know how to keep clients and candidates happy.

After 12 years in Sales and Service roles across a range of industries, I entered agency recruitment 8 years ago wanting to use my real-world experience, to make a difference to both the candidate and client experience. I have been on both sides of the recruitment fence, having walked in both clients and candidates’ shoes and believe this has helped me to bridge the gap, creating smoother, more tailored recruitment processes across the board. Recruitment at its core, is about people, here at Focus we always keep that at the forefront. Fostering is long lasting successful relationships, finding solutions, and having a bit of fun while we are at it, is why we do what we do!
